It is heard that Nithya is putting conditions for Producers as she is hot and happening. Actress hadn't fixed her remuneration and demanding as per story, Hero and director. It is heard that if Hero is successful star then she will take remuneration less it seems. It is said that Nithya demanded Rs. 20 Lakhs more than actuals for Hero Nithin as he is not in form. Nithya charged Rs. 10 Lakhs less for Nagachaitanya film.
